Employee morale is so 1900's :-) to the person who quotes how many patents we have has that lead to any quality dell products going out the door? The answer is not at the rate they need to be because none of the employees want to work for a company who does not care about them at all. Good pay only drives so much work and the younger generations are not going to put up with being treated the way they are for that long.
Who even still follows him on linkedin. He's a mega liar. Play nice but win is such a shame of a book just like it's author. He's a liar and I stopped following him a year or two ago?
