A lot of things can happen on a turnaround to cause it to run long, usually beyond anyone’s control.
The deal is Go Go said that all. turnarounds were completed on time and under budget.
No wonder Elliott tore him a new one in their latest letter today.
You can’t get fired if you were already laid off and still have connections.
Better to delay than cut scope and not fix something (see Alliance..).

As reported by Quantum Commodity Intelligence, Wood River Refinery has delayed its startup its startup by at least 1 week.
Disclosing non public company information violates our code of conduct and could get you fired (and personally sued). Think again before reporting such things. Also, anyone could make this claim, if true.
