On my team, we're bleeding talent faster than ever, and management's brilliant solution is to just pile the extra work on those of us still standing. They're not even pretending to care about replacing people or fixing whatever's driving everyone away. At this point, I'm just waiting for the inevitable crash when there's nobody left to keep things running.
