How is the entire C-suite not fired? What has to happen to get them out?

BDX grew by negative 30% in last 5 years and Stryker grew by positive 100% during the same time period and jokers of BD have audacity to call themselves Stryker 2. This statement alone should tell you how delusional BD folks are.
Tom said in the town hall that BD has great culture, I think he needs to visit this site. Can someone share this link with him? 😛😝
Who is gonna tell him that BD’s biggest challenge is its culture and incompetence of the so called leaders.
Many of the so-called "leaders" here are not just incompetent-they also foster a deeply toxic environment. After stumbling upon this site, I’ve come to realize just how pervasive the company’s issues are. Incompetence, combined with favoritism and corruption, lies at the heart of every problem. Unless these issues are addressed and eradicated, there is little hope for meaningful improvement. With the additional challenge of upcoming tariffs, the next quarter is likely to be even worse.
BD is a repository for underperforming vendor resources, with major service providers such as CapGemini, TCS, HCL, and Deloitte allegedly assigning their least capable personnel to projects while extracting substantial profits. There are concerns that these vendors may be providing kickbacks to members of the organization’s leadership in order to secure or maintain lucrative contracts.
Allegations suggesting that certain vendors may be sponsoring lavish benefits, such as family European tours, for organizational leaders as a quid pro quo for awarding contracts, with reports of at least one leader pressuring subordinates to approve these contracts without adequate scrutiny.
BD's leadership is laughing stock. Many of the so called leaders appear to lack a clear understanding of the topics they address. Additionally, a number of them exhibit discourteous behavior, which has collectively contributed to a decline in the organization's culture. When you hire and promote jokers, you can only expect circus.
Going down even more... What is going to happen now?
Wow nearly 15% down… lets see what happens. Probably fire low tiered associates that do all the heavy work before firing any C suite. Wouldn’t be suprised if that results in a boost in pay for the C suite.
Their only solution is get more vendors, bunch of incompetents.
But offshoring and outsourcing is all that clown knows. It was already hurting us from a quality and expertise standpoint. He needs to go for many, many reasons. So do most of his direct reports.
It seems like they just realized what the tariffs would mean for our business... They had months to prepare and still chose not to do what's right
Ps. Don't delete my post jannies.
