No need for a Lay Off...They should offer another VERP (Voluntary Early Retirement Plan). There would be plenty of volunteers.

Q2 and Q3 both as tariffs impact will kick in and Juniper will report loss but will get 900mn$ from HPE

If we consider historical trend, it should happen before the end of Q2, if its happening. This would account for the WFR costs in Q2 and help any gaps in revenue/profits as we know Q2 always has been a challenge. Potentially tariffs are also having an impact.
