With the spans and layers being confirmed today, will there be layoffs next week or will they let things settle for a few months

ISG had cuts already..
I haven’t heard anything about the layoffs. There were rumors that ISG Engineering might be cut, but nothing has happened so far. I also believe nothing will happen if the tariffs get rolled back.
Manager moving "down" to IC, it means the Manager doesn't have to put up with Manager cr-p anymore, same salary, lower responsibilities. Sounds like a win to me.

that's the problem with a lot of dell employees. They tend to be willing to eat a lot of crow for a low-tier company.

Dell needs to execute this plan as quickly as possible, no waiting. It's not any good for anybody! Rip off the band-aid now.

nothing more shameful than being demoted and still showing yer face around the hallways
there are no layoffs next week, they are over for now. If any demoted managers are to be let go, it wont be for a few months
Layoffs the same week as Tell Dell comes out. If true, management is indeed clueless beyond description.
