Overheard from a manager during a hallway conversation, 20% of NEX is on the chopping block.
It’s vindictive and tortuous how they won’t disclose the HC reduction number. Keeps the employees guessing and frozen and scared. What an abusive work environment. Glad I’m out after 20+ years. It’s better on the outside folks! Quit silently and move on.
