Ten years. Late nights. Missed birthdays. And none of it meant a thing to them. I broke my back for this company, and for what? To be tossed aside like yesterday's trash. Don't bother working hard. Don't bother being a high performer. In the end, it means absolutely nothing.

Agree - netapp employees known as lazy and GK needs to go
I think this last restructure took the wind out of everyone’s sails. I don’t think I have it in me to care anymore. At least not this week. I am starting my job search for real. I guess Cesar is blaming his results on his employees. How long can he do this? Until everyone is gone?
It seems you are all id--ts. The writing has been on the wall for years. NetApp has been a sh-t show ever since Anthony was hired, it’s on you for not realizing that. On you for working hard instead of coasting. If you are still here, enjoy it while you can. Collect your pay check and do the bare minimum.
I've been busting my a-s since the 2023 layoff, going well above the scope of my current role, always with the vague promise of a promotion in level or new title. Monday I was given the choice to be laid off or be demoted while keeping my same responsibilities. F this. I'll milk it until I find something better, but I will never again do a damned thing beyond my paygrade.
My thoughts...GK must stay since he's got connections to Google Cloud.
President Cesar is another story since he's more concerned about selfies than doing real business. Go Microsoft!!
Completely agree. NetApp su-ks. Time for Kurian/Cernuda to go!
There is no such thing as a high performer at NetApp. Their employees are known throughout the industry as lazy and overpaid.
Despite their insistence on the laptop's return, I was allowed to keep the logoed windbreaker.
@a5 You, sir or madam, are an a--hole.
The trick is to coast, take as much as you can for the least amount of effort. As you state, going the extra mile is absolutely pointless.
Relax Francis.
