How long can you be on the bench before they fire you? Does anyone know? I've been on the bench for almost four weeks now but there aren't projects out there that require my skills. Do they expect you to just take anything?
Got fired recently during probation , joined in jan fired in march , Was on bench no project.
It is at its 3rd wave
