What in the world is happening across ECS and BH?

BH is on the chopping block. CMs are getting cut, at leadership level. It may go away altogether.
Im also curious what’s going on with ECS. Care Navigators not that long ago were moved from Optum At Home to now being under ECS. yesterday some CN’s were advised they let go of some of our supervisors and sort of insinuated our roles could look different in the future which I’ve seen coming for a year now with all the cross training we’ve been doing for different departments roles , like member services , house calls, etc.
What happened??
