Everyday, myself and my team hustle hard. We have over 100 projects and deliver millions in true hard savings every year with new initiatives and maintenance of previously existing infrastructure. I saw a job description for someone that was laid off and their full time job was “Innovators Across United”. Their job was to post on Yammer and hold a handful of training/seminars. They were a grade 27. Title was Sls Ops Cons. Why does United work some people to the bone and others get easy expectations. I am so gosh darn tired.
