Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

EOS survey

Does anyone comment on these surveys or check any of the boxes with negative response? What is the point? Knowing that my manager may find out how I have filled in the survey, I am scared to put anything negative. So the whole thing is huge waste of time. Why EOS?

The exercise in futility is over, but I am sure more will come. I was wondering if they use the EOS to compile a layoff list.

Lol it goes to the MD at the very end so whichever ED reads that sh-t would be so fu---d if they don't address it.

Agree with everything here. Either enter positive feedback only or do not do it.

None of the things that I'd rate negatively are likely to improve and I'm not going to smiley-face my way through and give any positive feedback.

The only option is to disengage. Good thing I've had plenty of practice there over the last few months.

Don't do it. I worked at JPM and my ED called me up right after I did survey and laid into me. Next ratings date, I found myself dinged.

It is never a good idea to fill out any company survey with anything that can be used against you later. Not like they are going to listen to it anyway.

I put my feelings, I did check a few of the negative boxes. I even wrote what my thoughts were of the culture this past year. Working here is not the same as it was when I started. But I get it, the business changes, the management style changes. I just do my job, keep a low profile and go home at the end of the day. This is just a job, it's not my life. So be honest and if management finds out who wrote what/who said what, oh well...shocker!
