Anyone from H&C affected this round or know of any in the near future? Specifically in preservice department? Coming back from a LOA in a few weeks and just heard about the one in Feb this week.

I chose to leave last year after returning from maternity leave. I feel that Humana will cancel their contract, but idk. My manager and a bunch of others were laid off early 2025. Most decent people I know left the company prior. Remember this they don’t have to require prior auth to go to SNF from acute. Prior to Uhc acquiring Navihealth they used to allow people to go to SNF without prior auth and then review their case after a few days like SICC would. The only reason they have PSC is to save money. If that is not longer working in their favor they will change the game. They are being investigated for their MA plan practices combined with the big lawsuit involving nh predict. Also think MA plan reimbursement dropped this year from the government combined with higher utilization from patients. Uhc stock has tanked for other reasons including the change.org leak, CEO mu---r, and they paid millions to a ransomeware hacker. They face lawsuits for the purchase change healthcare among other accuasafions. They are accused of insider trading and anti trust issues. I would definitely look for a different job. I think it’s all coming to an end.
I am from Home & Community FPM. I have been hearing rumors about contract issues in my state that would affect my position. My leaders could not confirm or deny the rumors. They knew nothing. It wasn't sitting right with me so I applied for a position outside of FPM. I got it, right before all this blew up. Hopefully I landed on more solid ground ground than what I am leaving behind. I have been with FPM for 6 yrs and damn good at my job. But I need to have a more solid position. So I had to move on.
I’m honestly waiting for them to just fire me at this point. The micromanagement is unreal. I am still here because I have to find a job first but I have “quiet-quit” a long time ago.
