Thanks for the headcount.

Headcount on 2025-05-04 would reveal more about the # who took the VRSP buyout since their last day was 2025-05-01 (May 1st).

Wish Optum would offer a buyout.

I don’t think anyone knows that number except Witty and a few of his direct reports. Leaders of certain areas know theirs but no one will ever know the total headcount. No transparency.
