Everyone at my location has quiet quit and morale is in the toilet. We know the ax is coming, but none of us know when.
The software is garbage.
The procedure changes are made by someone that knows nothing about anything.
Make the mass layoffs and maximize the staff and locations you have, but don't drag it out. Get experts involved if you don't know what you're doing. The management literally has zero knowledge about the people their managing and how they perform their jobs, which is fundamental to maximizing efficiency.
This is a decision that is individual to everyone. Only you can decide what’s best for you based on your individual circumstances and tolerance level.
