Use your proxy vote to make a statement. Quit asking why the board doesn’t do anything and use your vote to change the board. Apache doesn’t even look like the company it was. Raymond Plank would be devastated to see what it has become. Vote by May 21st.

It’s not gonna change anything since the institutions ultimately decide. But do it for symbolic reasons.
I get phantom shares, so I can’t vote. On the other hand, it costs less than a meal at Chipotle to buy a share….
