Should this include women who were given positions above their talent by virtue of their genetics or race?
Is there evidence that someone received less severance because they were a woman versus man? With how "woke" NetApp corporate is I would actually be surprised at that
Tell your friend to let me know if there is one. 50+ year old woman with over 20 yr tenure. Should be better severance.
