Imagine applying for a job at UHG and you tell the recruiter, "well yeah I worked for BCBS. They forced me to resign though... yeah in 2019 so not that long ago. What did I do? Ah not much. Just a DUI with my two kids in the car. Oh and I fought the cops." Yet the ol' boy gets to be CEO.
Leadership is solving problems which doesn’t exist. They’ll stay away from problems impacted members, providers, hospitals, employees…..

My god. He said he had a drinking problem. WE are Optum-our entire division is mental health and substance abuse. If you work for this company, and you have zero grace to give anybody a chance to make a mistake and redeem themselves, you need to quit right now.
