Trump found out how fragile the markets are. Within a few days it was very apparent. Trump backed off because he wanted nothing to do with bursting the bubble. Timeout for 90 days. Plenty of time before this bubble bursts. He will push the tariffs out another 90 days if required. But Trump wants nothing to do with this bubble.
I moved my stuff out of Schwab two years back because it was already bust. With the whiplashing of interest rates all the way to zero and quickly to 5.5% lots of firms are bust. Schwab is foremost. BOA. Citi. All on the ropes for a long time.
Generally, the Wall Street sacrifices a few firms before the Fed can claim that the sky is falling down and come to the rescue of the entire Wall Street. Bear Sterns. Lehman were sacrificed in 2008.
There are so many doom stories that it is hard to keep track. GDP down. Intel fires 20000. UPS fired 20000. Many companies are pulling forward guidance. Nvidia said it is taking a 5 Billion hit to revenues because of China ban. Tariffs have frozen the ports and trucking. Student loans that were in default are being collected. Housing foreclosure moratoriums from 2020 are being lifted.
Everyone seems to be whistling past the graveyard for now. I wouldn't leave anything in Schwab that I need in the next few years.

Schwab was going bust in 2023. Somehow rescued. I wouldn't leave my 401k in Schwab for a second. I wouldn't leave any stocks there. RSUs no choice.

Supermicro got hammered. No sales of AI servers with Nvidia. Even the rogue auditors could not cook up better numbers.
