Thread regarding Optum layoffs

If you got severance, consider yourself lucky. Take the money and go find a job somewhere you're not constantly inundated with layoffs and where employees are seen as more than just numbers. Places like that still exist. I know it's scary right now, but you'll be okay, and something tells me you'll end up much better off than here.
