After almost a decade with Optum Technology, I was finally part of one of the more or less monthly layoffs that UHG/Optum Technology undergoes. 😞 According to the directors in my meeting, the business justification was that UHG missing their target goals for income for the first time in a decade and stock taking a 20% sh-t means time to cut people to pad the numbers.

Witty isnt a millenial. Neither were the cu-ts who led our meeting today. limits. Get a grip. It’s called capitalism and it says people are expendable.
Their stock is tanking because of the millennial leadership taking over. I'm considering cashing in my stock because I lose anymore money. I'll take the tax hit, I don't care.
