The resignations have become fluid.
There was an email stating that very thing this morning. But it was quickly recalled.
The India/Vietnam playbook has been there for a decade. Certain VPs and the click need to shown the door with no option of returning, if the Asia deal is in play.
Otherwise, Houston will choke off IP and procedures and make this a failure. The company will loose more money and layoff good workers and promote the cancer that is metastasizing.
This has been going on since 2012.
HTC’s days are numbered. Ralf wants to make 70% of the tools in India “because it’s cheaper”. Roger wants the engineering done in India too since their pay scale cheaper. “We need to train up the ITC team.”
Word at the coffee pot, HTC is the best of the best. Dream team they say. They are the OEM and the customer will get what they get when HTC says.
HTC will also tell the customer, we out of business. But in a positive manor.
We are realigning our business and core values for growth. Sympathies to our entire affected team, my heart is with HTC , but my azzz is going to the beach.
