Just got an invite for a meeting titled “ Coding Employee Survey touch base “ with 515 people on it including supervisors, managers, manager’s managers, FTEs, Contractors. Looks like every single person on my project or has ever been on my project. It’s for tomorrow late afternoon and 30mins. I’m NOT in Landmark

Be glad it wasn't titled check in bc that's what my meeting was titled. 2nd time this has occurred. Optum OI OPERATIONS.
Found it odd that they included a letter that stated people in the 40-50 age bracket were laid off but those younger with the same titles were retained. Age discrimination??
Contractors would not be included in a RIF meeting.
RIF meetings are 15 minutes.
