Dispatchers, train crew, mechanical, all of them, BNSF really has been allowed to take this too far with no repercussions. Forget the whole we signed no strike clauses or the cr-p a judge will not rule in unions favor none sense, if you as union leadership don’t think employees won’t back you if you are willing to stand up and spend a few days in jail, resign and let someone whose willing to stand on it take your place. Time for being scared is over with, time to really do what you are paid to do and are expected to do in tough times, not just when it’s convenient to collect a check with no intention of being a rep for the workers. Send out the notices for a vote and let the chips fall where they may.

BNSF law enforcement, Human Resource exempts and CTO on property, mass notices and prep for 15-20% layoff in technology services, exempts, and IT, phone call detailed, will most likely force everyone to complete board runs, hub updates, and job postings, before being walked out at the end of close of business today, typical make you work double hard on your last day, Katie getting her last little nuggets with her job security at American Airlines on their board of directors, taking effect on June 11
When they told us they cut off our Brake men, I asked how many VP's did they cut, I was told to "knock it off and go back to my desk"
The union is in bed with the company and you are the red headed stepchild that they at least "have" to feed. You work for the union and not the union for you. Read that again. It makes a lot of sense when you study it.
We need a Union to represent to the Union. As crazy and ironic as it sounds, it's actually is what is needed. Thats how bad it has gotten. There is no representation anymore- no union holding the company to the letter of the law (legally binding agreement) Its a joke. The union is taking your money and living a lavish lifestyle off of it! Go on the unionfacts dot com and type in your union. You will see the gross misuse of your money in salaries and expenses. For years ive paid in ad have been furloughed many times. Tired of it. Tired of the lies and of the union not going up to bat for its members. For example, one time i ask my union rep if he could fix a part of the agreement that hadnt been fixed since the 1980s- he looked at me and said that the company want to do away with that. It was a quick answer. Like just brushed it off. I wanted to tell him "Well look genius- the company wants to do away with the whole entire contract. Do they not?!?! This is why we are in a union is it not?!" Its just ridiculous. Either do something or give us back our money because if you decide not to represent us, then you are stealing from us.
Unions don't care about anyone. The only time you hear from them is when your in trouble and they barely want to fight. They don't care
Union leadership are a bunch of nut cuddling desk fluffers for the company, the day any of the current union leaders even mention a bad word about the company, much less mention a strike and mean it, Katie will fa-t daffodils out of her deep rose colored back door skin star and the railroad gods will come down and sprinkle bits of gold dust on her man chested mosquito bites.
Pretty much BNSF mentality in a nutshell

Katie on the board of directors for American Airlines, she already knows she’s out at BNSF, not to mention I feel like this is a conflict of interest, so exit strategy already in place, so what are the unions doing to hold the companies feet to the fire, ceo making decisions to get rid of people at BNSF while she’s already took a job elsewhere.
This might get interesting, but I’d vote to strike
Let’s go, let’s vote, fuq it, burn the system down
I’ll spend some time in jail and achieve legend status as a true union leader, let the worker’s position and voice be heard, let’s vote
