Is Q buying Alphawave? Is today the last day to make bid?

Alphawave develops the PHY for inter connection IPs such as SERDES, DDR, MIPI, PCie, USB. Why buys at such high price? It is the waste of money since Q could develop all of them if planned in advance. It is the failure of poor management. Just bad.
Deadline extended a few weeks. Must be serious to extend.
