Definitely lower confidence, more complaints, less cash, more clueless and no progress. Closer to the final bankruptcy.
Each new change make it worse. More and more incompetent people, more and more delay and behind industry.

We have less technians on the floor doing more now because of the buy outs and morale is almost dead. I think it's gotten worse
