LBT openly acknowledged work doesn’t get done from home, so it isn’t something he expects. Put in a hard four at the office, and then enjoy your long weekend, every weekend!
Once he fires everyone, he’ll have way less leverage over those who remain.

If you take 3-day weekend every week, would you have to work 10 hours each day for the 4-day RTO? Many years ago, this was what expected if somebody wanted to have 4-day work week.
I don't believe OP is so obsessed with RTO.
Someone posted about being a Mom on Ciruit and how RTO would be an issue
