I'm yet to find one person who's not at least passively looking for a way out. Optum was never a perfect place to work, but it was better than what it's turned into. The constant toxicity, unrealistic expectations, layoffs, and so many other things are making it unbearable to work here. If the job market were any better, I have a feeling management would find itself in trouble with a massive exodus.

So one poor sap is the only person that likes working here. Sounds about right. Must work in India as I assume Optum is a good gig over there. Here in the states you do not even want to admit you work for Optum anymore or face ridicule and embarrassment.
They are offshoring EVERYTHING to India...good luck
I love working here, truly. I will be sad someday when I’m in the layoff group.
Better than driving into an office everyday and dealing with all that BS. It's just a paycheck, nothing more nothing less with the benefit of not dealing with people face to face. Everyone hates their job. Just su-k it up until they offer you severance.
