Netapp has done “restructurings”, aka layoffs, every few months for the last couple of years, always claiming “we need to realign to priorities.” If a company needs to restructure this frequently, that merely shows you that leadership has zero foresight and zero vision — and is completely flying blind.

Wow, RdB is super sketchy!!
Some issues along the way at other companies...wow.
RdB should’ve never been hired into this company. His past track record would’ve shown he was completely unqualified to lead or make any meaningful changes to the sales organization.. He and his circle of YES managers that he hired have done irreparable damage to sales in a very short time.
"Should have done it after be blamed sales for a huge Q3 miss and not his own ability to set a strategy."
Yet they keep DeBlasio knowing this: www.theregister.com/2016/10/25/cohesity_coo_riccardo_di_blasio_left/
He should have been let go along with Caesar.
I agree, the problem starts at the top. The troops in the trenches don't create the vision, the leaders do.
GK, César with his Microsoft fellows are the biggest problems in this company since years.
Q3 All-Hands was a mess from GK. Blaming people cause an investor lost money. Hey GK, we are all investors in NetApp.
I’m pretty sure GK won’t survive the next FY, he will be done in 6-9 months.
We need GK, he's got connections to Google Cloud.
100 percent. Company lacks vision and it starts at the top. Board needs to get rid of GK. Should have done it after be blamed sales for a huge Q3 miss and not his own ability to set a strategy.
