Four hours of work? Slave driver. 15 minutes is more than enough to ignore countless meetings and hundreds of emails.
Make all Managers, Directors and MDs come to office not just Individual Contributors. Why pay them for 4 hours of work ?! My TDA Director, Indian Manager and Old White MD in STS are all useless and not real problem solvers and get paid for nothing. F*ck em send em home.
Great! RTO3 shot the stock to 130, cleared out backlogs and retired decades of tech debt. RTO4 will make all of us gazillionaires and my husband 6-5 with a full head of hair!
I know for a fact RTO4 will be mandatory starting in 2026. Heard this directly from a from a member of the EC last week. Those who say this is fear mongering are clueless.
He delivered a similar message but his tone was much different this time with more details which made it obvious what is happening.
I agree with OP. My MD talked about chances of making RTO4 standard across the board as Rick mentioned that they will standardize things across the board. Today PLs and new FTEs come in 4 days a week, so it's obvious we all would be expected to do the same.

Nothing has been announced. He said the same thing he did months ago that there would be no changes in 2025 but now added that if the current program does change later, it won't be RTO 5 days. People like the OP are so fearful they that when they hear "no changes in 2025", they believe Jan 1, 2026 everything will change. This isn't a Taylor Swift album; there are no hidden messages.
