What's the consensus for this week looking like?

Layoffs, yes or no? Big or small? Anything?

About time they cleaned out The Product Prevention Police. Never worked with so many political hacks and kiss-ups ever.

Expect that no one knows except MD and the Management Team. People here state firings will be 3%, 5% etc. What exactly do you base it on? This site is turning into people saying that they are hearing from their "high source" which then turns into nothing. If you stay, expect there to be continuous re-orgs that center on trying to run a company until it starts to break. That's what it feels like. I am sure they have a big plan but we just see small pieces.

Massive re-orgs throughout the entire business right now. I expect we will see layoffs from this restructuring at the beginning of Q3, which is on par with the past few years of big layoffs in Feb/Aug

Different orgs appear to be rolling out spans changes on different time lines. I suspect some orgs will use spans as a way to trim some headcount as well as reorganize. I have seen some spans changes already, and no headcount was lost. People have just been shuffled around.
