How are we supposed to function while worrying about cuts every single day? I can't deal with this anymore. It's affecting my health and my relationships. I'm always nervous, always on edge. Who in their right mind thinks this is a good way to treat an entire workforce?

You survive over the long haul not worrying about what cannot be controlled and get your financial house in order while you have a chance. It keeps me sane for the past 10+ years you just become immune
That's why you're supposed to opt in to paying extra every pay check for 80% of your salary for STD, you never know when you will need it. I'd rather take a slight cut in my pay for a few weeks to recover mentally and find new work than let this place lead me to crash and burn.
This is the way Optum manages HR talent.
@a3+1jsyc3wzh They only pay you 60% of your salary. A lot of people can’t afford that.
The best thing to do it put a lot of effort into finding a job outside this company. Just getting your application out there feels good even though it’s a tough market. Be persistent and you’ll find something. I’m actively searching as well.
Man up beat it je-k this is people’s livelihood how they feed their families take care of their kids this as a traumatic situation for everyone! You sound like a troll that don’t even work for company!
Take FMLA for mental health leave due to burnout. Your PCP can sign off. You can also still get paid through short-term disability.
