There are plans for July in addition to those that just occurred. None of us are safe.

This was obviously not true. Massive cuts still going on a Landmark 4/29.

I was transitioned to another role, not laid off. But there were definitely layoffs today. When I had my transition meeting we were told all the layoffs were done

We didn't get laid off this morning, but we were offered a transition to another roll if we decide to take it. This is g-y.

We were specifically told by a manager to watch this page because it’s the best information you will get about layoffs.

Cool so you are obviously one of the leaders that just lies to us. Love the trust and unity in the company

There will be layoff. The company is realigning itself, dept etc. plus there is a new VP just hired from SHOAR and apparently feels there is no future without AI and Bots for the company. She will take a month or two and than those emails about retirement will start.

We know for a fact things are happening with Landmark in the next few weeks, so we are just going through the motions.

If I were to wager I would say end of July will be next bloodthirst for the Q2 tributes

I call that BS. Optum continues to file paperwork with each state Department of Economics for unemployment cases.

Big woopie doo. Damage is done. There is no United value anymore. It’s soulless company of damaged people. Our leadership has clearly stated AI and India employees are more important and strategic to future of this company and Health care. We now pick up the pieces again and more barriers will be built on hardened employees. All this because security and last CISO directly responsible for $2.5B in breaches and ransom paid. The executive and IT leaders are still around. We will not learn. We will breached again as we’re whiplashed to “stupid is, stupid does work”

Yes there will be layoffs at optum as Landmark is shutting down in several states. Hope to hear the date this week.

I know that there are layoffs planned so but the question is the scope. I don’t know if it’s a narrow organization scope of a broader one. It goes without saying that if you are on a RIF you will likely be let go.

There are ZERO layoffs at Optum planned. I’m not going to say what my job is at the company but I am telling you I know people need to just do their jobs and stay off of this social media site. What’s doing is getting you roused up.

Also not buying it, besides what's happening prior to May, there have also been discussions of more layoffs in June and July.
