Am I missing something?

Why are we proposing to eliminate the s3xiest f€€t in the office? What are we supposed to stare at to pass time in meetings?

Why combining the jobs into 1? They are completely unnecessary roles that only serve the ego of those who have TAs assigned to them. They really don't bring anything. It's simply that our VPs are so utterly incompetent that they even need people to handle their email and schedule and create powerpoints for them. It's an absolute abomination. And yes, those chiefs of staff and TAs become GMs and VPs a couple of years after taking over those roles. And here we are, dealing with a failed engineering company and telling engineers that it is their fault. Amazing.

Combine Chief of Staff and TA into one role. These two are one person jobs. I see two different heads for this one job in most BUs.

@cw..
it's amazing how many of those roles were offerred exclusively, either to females or other minorities for the last 10 years, since BK and even accelerated under BS/PG..
if LBT means business he will eliminate virtually all of those simply by telling VPs to do the job quickly and do their own work rather than coddling the TA/CoS

Those are the positions we should really try to get rid of. Not only it's a thing of the past, all those people get to become GMs and VPs without knowing anything technical. They are a huge part of the problem. And if they get fired all they can aspire to get is Walmart, Macy's, etc which gives you and idea of their credentials.

Sephora and ULTA will be opening many new stores,
so they will have some options for sure, No worries!

it will be hard for many of them,
unless Macy's, Kohl's and Penney's start to hire?
