I propose that Dell, as a forward-looking and innovative company, to consider seriously the following initiatives to boost our corporate culture:
- Morning national anthem + flag raising ceremony (featuring the Dell Flag and Country Flag)
- start-of-day roll call, an after-lunch roll call, and an end-of-day roll call
- Nice bonus will be a Dell Staff uniform (with name-tags + Years spent at Dell), I'm tired of deciding what to wear everyday.
These ground-breaking measures can significantly boost employee morale, foster a sense of belonging, and maximize shareholders value! Together let's all work towards driving human progress and make the world a better place :)
