“Compromise without integrity”
There, fixed it for you.
It is a very frustrating place to work where chaos is the norm. Complaints are commonplace but accountability falls on the employee battling obstacles beyond their control like how quickly a client turns in their documents. Don’t expect leadership to be held accountable for anything they say. Don’t expect a fair wage. They are replacing you with more inexperienced people willing to work for peanuts or offshoring the work even cheaper. Don’t beat your head against a wall. Go be happy with a less stressful and more logical workplace.
@qf Couldn't have said it better myself.
It already started.
"integrity without compromise" doesn't mean a damn thing to Intuit's upper management because they don't give 1/4 of a rat's a$$ about the employees.
Before end of financial year. It’s already started - you only need to look at LI. Sales L&D. They will BS and say you are underperforming.
The based on performance line this corporation uses to justify layoffs goes directly against their core value of integrity without compromise. The vast majority of those selected have high performance.
Did they mention when this would start?
