Accept it, your pain is partially self inflicted, you are scared of leaving this dumpster and stick around for as long as you can, hoping your careless supervisor to pick someone else, and looking forward to the day your turn 52, so at least you are PIP safe.

Yes, no company is perfect and the system su-ks. But let's think about the troll who started this thread. He/she continues to let XOM & DW live rent free in his/her head.
For those of us just trying to earn a living and take care of ourselves and our families, we don't need your input. Go live your life and put the past behind you.

It’s up to you if you let XOM be in charge of your life and career. The system is not likely to change while those in charge benefit so there’s no use complaining while life flies by.

Amazing how some of the most productive have to please for their jobs each year but chosen persons with sponsors that achieve nothing just take credit for accomplishments of other people and are safe and highly ranked.
Also ironic that BTC engineers that produce only mistakes are safe but the 56 year old guy in HC10 that corrects the mistakes is a prime target for NSI. Catastrophic failures are highly likely when the last HC10 mistake corrector is PIPd.
I am waiting for my spanking. I expect to be piped this year but only partially. See i am 53 and am protected. I will be counseled on how to be a better performer. I think i will work on my clowning and mocking of the company. I might just work on my jokes about exxon. They want me to play the squid game and kiss a-s. I have never played their game or kiss a ss. They can keep trying to break me. I have been labeled a problem employee and they are trying to force me to leave. I will only leave when I am ready to. They can take the pip and stick it up their a sses.
It has been hard to put together knowing the ranking is already done. LT is so done with it they changed things up to make easier on themselves. Getting close where I don’t worry about it any more.
