China will likely sell many of these 737Maxs in the used airplane market. So not only has Boeing totally lost the Chinese market and lost the single aisle market to Airbus big time, they will lose even more single aisle sales opportunity because of this large inventory of low acquisition cost Chinese 737Maxs.

Makes sense for many reasons. Was actually surprised that any Chinese airlines would fly Max now given they have been grounded in China for 4 years now. China currently belongs to Airbus with COMAC eventually dominating. The only airlines flying and buying Max these days are those airlines stuck with many of them that need to save Boeing in order to save themselves. Good luck with that...
