Worst management I’ve seen at waters over my 30yr career. These managers current leadership is running this great company into the ground
for me most inept use of company dollars is the millions spent to downsize office months before they announce return to work. can't forget the CEO and CFO directing the facilities team to build a cricket field while all the employees were forced to eat deferred merit increases.

We’re into May and the inept “marketing” team is just getting started on what Waters calls Strategic Marketing Initiatives. And guess what, it’s the same cr-p waters has been targeting for years.

The most one of them does is wait for someone to start laughing, come thundering from his office with a face like slapped ar-e and stutter like fu-k until the laughter’s stopped and get back to the miserable existence of having to work under him.
He should tell the newcomers right from the start that while working for him they are robots and nothing more.
