Has anyone gotten an email stating they need to take a mental health assessment and then sit with HR for an hour long debrief?

They held up Ink Blot cards and asked me what I see. I replied, I see layoffs. After 20 cards and the same answer they gave up.
Ah yes... the DISC...everyone's a C...it was not used appropriately.
If this is a DISC assessment, our VP had HR administer this and then as a group we need to go through our results purportedly to help us understand how to better interact with one another.
Was this some kind of customer facing clinical team that's being phased out?
Is this for real or a joke? At this point, nothing surprises me.

This doesn't end well. If you are receiving this, start looking. This stuff gets misused by the wrong people. Been there done that.
The email was sent to an entire team with a manager. They are asking them to fill out a behavioral survey to figure out their personality, strength and weaknesses then sit with an HR person for an hour to discuss their career path. This seems like a gross invasion of privacy.
What's the name of the assessment? Who created it? How will it be used? Crossing into Scientology like stuff here with this one where you're labelled suppressive person.
