He's giving everyone until September to figure it out, as hybrid and full remote will be a thing of the past.
Does it actually impact remote employees? I know people who live a mile from a campus, but are classified as fully remote.
Yay....I know some folks in Oregon who haven't seen office post pandemic. Great decision LBT
RTO is proving to be a way for tech companies to do RIF without paying any benefits or unemployment.
Likely is also weeds out a lot of low performers, who aren't even willing to commute let alone doing anything worth note.
LB said previously it was 3 days RTO, so how did that 3 days RTO applied to remote workers and probably even some hybrid worker?
Many Intel campuses already had RTO for years. Only a few exceptions were made for some campuses.
