AK will not be blocking the Fab layoffs this time.
Also not impacted if you are H1b
IFS restructuring is the main issue for fab monkeys, many of whom will end up as contract workers.
About the same pay but less benefits.
This also enables the fabs to adjust headcount more easily than when dealing with FTE.
techs are the heartbeat of intel.
It will affect everyone under grade 09 the ones above who make these poor decisions will be rewarded with keeping there jobs.
