Get ready for monumental changes that will bury any remainder of morale

Everything has already been announced
is this all sales related???
Layoffs have already happened in early April so there is no 10% announcement either
8 hours per day RTO is also not happening
It's likely that there will be lots of moves under new managers to complete the 20 reports requirements etc
Not sure how any of that would affect morale negatively
10% reduction according to dell sales chat
That thing they’re pretending they built? Must be hallucinating.

I heard it's not that bad....around 1% with most teams exempt, or something along those lines.
Are you hearing this from another high source?
Is this in CQ org? This week has been weird. Supposedly changes were going to be announced but there's been nothing. Calls being cancelled with no explanation. Noticing odd changes in Workday.
EVERYONE. UHHH.
SOMETHINGS GONNA HAPPEN.
at WORK.
PROBABLY.
or something?
@a1+1jsmn9p16 if that was the case everyone would be back to remote, Funny-T-shirt guy and his lackies would "abruptly" leave to stay more time with their families, and talents would get their deserved recognition. Maybe you could also have more quality time with your family.
Details? Sure. Big restructure, reorgs, and all that fun with flattened layers and demoted managers and directors running around like headless chickens
Highly doubt 8h a day 5 days a week becoming law is it when they have open remote job postings on LinkedIn
That’s not news
8h a day 5 days a week will become a law.
Thanks for the details……..
Can we get some details
Why, are they making the mistake of promoting you into some sort of decision making role?
