OP, go for it, go get some picket signs and stand out in front of one of Intel’s sites, then you become one of those guys that other people laugh at.
Remove Intel from your resume. Seriously.
As long as you’re not an Intel-lifer, you’ll be fine. And if you are, you don’t deserve another job.
