Why would Susie dismiss valid employee concerns about executives working remotely while requiring staff to return to the office, labeling those concerns as 'spreading rumors'? Claiming that the loss of critical talent over RTO policies is mere rumor seems out of touch. Curious to hear Bob’s take on all this.

Oh we all know about that CPO rumor
Spill the beans, what's the rumor?
Not the CPO rumour I thought would be called out in this post
Has anyone wondered why we keep getting people with no experience to run major departments? Susie has a freelancer, a failed junior partner at McKinsey that couldn’t make Partner, and ran some internal group at Accenture - yet we have given her a CPO role
I'm not blind but having left that place, I haven't seen that they must have caught on having her at home for those meetings was a bad look. One point for Appian.
Remaining leaders are mouthpieces, nothing to see here.
I am not a fan of the RTO policy but unless you are blind - she is sitting in her gorgeous office on the 11th floor at HQ
Classic Appian move to have her on those all hands calls and Director+ forums telling everyone they need to come back into the office while remote from her gorgeous home. It's almost as if she's out of touch on what's actually going on in McLean.
Don't count on Bob, they call him silent Bob for a reason.
