Large redunancies has happend in Gracenote during April, mostly laying them off in high paying western countries to gather more people in the IT cages in India lowering the quality of the work due to most indian workers being badly trained and not knowledgeable about the market they are supposed to work in. In addition to that the ongoing engineering crisis is causing issues to and I would expect clients to start dropping GN and Nielsen due to this.

You might wonder if the yanks forget that Europe is multiple different countries, cultures and languages.. that GN left out even mention Europe in the last town hall was probably Just a issues with time.. finding
My former coworkers tell me India and Slovenia engineering and other technical are capable to deliver functionality IF they are constantly guided. But they have little idea on the WHY and the guardrails to maintain certifications.
What is the engineering crisis?
