If the skilled workers (anyone below manager level) went on strike that would make a tangible impact.

The managers and above don't know shì T about how to actually do the job in your place.

Maybe not a strike but perhaps if everyone went union on them.

The problem with that is that EVERYONE would have to contribute to that in order for it to work. You know some people won't (such as managers who think their positions are safe). Or people who feel "they are the best company and don't see anything wrong with what they are doing."

At this point, the company itself is a lost cause and the best thing anyone can do is bounce when you can and collect the severance if given that option. I'm sure many people would prefer to just collect severance than having to continue dealing with all the extra BS that is happening and cut their losses with the company itself.

I honestly don't see a strike making much of a difference when people don't see the wrong in what is happening that are the ones making these decisions. Strikes only work if the ones making these decisions can see another "point of view" and I honestly just don't see them caring or being able to see it from the employees perspective. They are too money hungry and self consumed to care about what the employees are going through. Actions have already proven that.

They don't care. They will fire you and replace you anyway.
