Currently in GBS but hearing that a lot of unhappy questions were asked during today’s SC Forum and the leadership team did not truly answer them.

The warehousing groups leadership can’t make any of their minds and outsource constantly to Argentina. They already started disposing of standby materials from warehouses which is only a matter of time we have a major outage and none of them in the upper levels on supply chain will be held accountable. What a joke
Supply chain was sold as the place to grow your career but full of backstabbing expats. Tons of short sighted decisions being made but those wont be around to be accountable when these initiatives ultimately fail. We never hold LT accountable for d-mb decisions but reward them for cutting roles like moncton and replacing with low cost absolute garbage GBCs or contactors. Tons of layers of middle management mainly composed of their friends or former team mates overpaid 26-29+ CL with 0 direct reports and are made up advisory roles. Look at the org charts! Procurement operations was a joke of an organization years ago and its more of the same with a different brand
lol the basics are broken. As far as this GSC team. Who runs this thing. I e heard some nightmares about the LT and who is all in that team. No one can tell them anything.
Terrible terrible leadership. Huge bias towards Indians and India. I really don’t understand how Staale rose up so high.
