Ya media caused Intel panic failures and layoffs. They don't have anything to do to spread bad things about Intel. They never work for Intel but talking shi t about it all days nights hours.

Foudary business not working, companies will want to see Intel fail for all the years that Intel brought hardships and demands on them (such as mandatory price cuts on vendors, under cutting chip prices to destroy competing chip makers, not bending on chip architecture, to name a few).
The companies Intel are focusing on fir foundaty work or joint ventures do not have to do anything and wait. Then swoop in as Intel themselves have done in the past and buy up equipment for pennies on the dollar.
It's just business, no hard feelings...

We were also hiring in 2022 up until the day of the announcement. This doesn’t mean anything.
