No wonder locals have had no bonuses for the last two years. TCS wants to encourage all local people to leave the company and replace them with cheap imported H1-B visa holders. They even admitted to this behavior in a recent public announcement. TCS pays H1-B’s lower salaries than local people and exploit them by holding them hostage for the minimum 20 year green card processing times.
Well the abuses and business practices are under investigation by the US government and the truth will come out.
